Yes we do! Currently to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Canada and United States of America.

All international orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail; a tracking number will be provided however it is not an actual tracking number, but rather simply shows that your parcel has been dispatched from Singapore to overseas. If you would like to have a full tracking of your parcel, do drop us an email to enquire about Speedpost Standard / Speedpost Economy shipping rates.

Please note that we are not liable for customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Personal Hand Delivery: Please email us to schedule the time and location.

International orders do take longer depending on where they are shipping, the mail system of that country and customs. Delivery time can vary from 5 - 15 working days. If you require a shorter shipping time, Speedpost Express shipping takes up to 2 working days.

What is your exchange / refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your items! Don't hesitate to check with us before making a purchase if you have questions about our products.

In case of item defects, drop us an email at shopamandasteo@hotmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly. Once item(s) is approval for exchange / refund, you are required to mail the defected piece out to us within 5 working days. Return mailing cost are the responsibility of the customer, and original mailing cost will not be refunded.

If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent to you. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. All return item(s) must be in their original condition; with the product tag and plastic packaging. Item(s) which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected.

The following reasons will not be considered for exchange / return:
1. Change of mind after purchase
2. Item's design or colour deviates from customer's personal perception
3. Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor
4. Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange
5. Minor defects such as loose threads, light scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting
6. Defects which are caused / appear after washing and handling by the customer

If you need to return an item due to error on the part of amandasteo.com, we will send out a replacement (subject to item availability) at our expense after the incorrect item is returned.

In an event of lost mail, we will not issue refund or replacement of items. Recipient address and return address will be printed and stick securely to the envelope. A photo of your parcel will be taken before posting and a video process of dropping your parcel into the posting box will be taken as well.

Will my personal information be safe with you?

Your email address, mailing address, mobile number will not be disclosed to any parties that are not related to your purchase.
